Asante Agona, a suburb in the Ashanti Region of Ghana is yet to unveil another chapter of the yearly homecoming festival.
Last year was absolutely massive, combination of numerous games including clean up exercises, jams, sports and other interesting games. This year’s homecoming showdown is going to mega super.
Good measures are putting in place to ensure the betterment of this awesome program to become a success, dubbed ‘Asante Agona Homecoming Showdown 2024’
This program is dated commerce on the March 27th to April 1st 2024
Venue is as usual Asante Agona Community Centre
The motive of this years festival is in aid of Agona Technical Institute(ATI) Dormitory Building
Honorable guests invited are;
Nana Agyapa Ameyaw(King Of Bipoa and acting president of Asante Agona Traditional Council
Nana Akyampomaa Ntansah Yiadom(III) the queen mother of Asante Agona Traditional Area, and she is also the host of this festival.
Also, Honorable Mavis Nkansah Boadu( MP Afigya Sekyere East/ Deputy Minister For Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration
Also featuring; Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo(Agric Nzema King)
And the last guests being Nana Nimako Bresiama(Asante Agona Boaboduro Bosomfo and GPRTU National Chairman
Activities includes; Bonfire night, rep your school Jessy, Asante Agona history, health walk, clean up exercise etc
