Elon Musk Will Force People To Pay For Twitter Polls After Users Vote For Him To Quit

In what can only be described as a cop-out, Elon Musk has more or less ignored a poll in which 57.5 percent of voters called for him to step down as CEO—even after saying he would abide by its result.

Instead, the billionaire has announced that future polls relating to Twitter 'policy' will only be open to paid-up Twitter Blue subscribers.

Twitter user Kim Dotcom told Musk his poll was 'unwise' and claimed it was targeted by 'the biggest bot army on Twitter', with no evidence to support this.

Another user, @Unfilteredboss1, argued: "Blue subscribers should be the only ones that can vote in policy related polls. We actually have skin in the game."

Musk responded to this by simply saying: "Good point. Twitter will make that change."
